When to Eat

Eat breakfast to jump-start your metabolism and continue to eat every 3 hours during the day.  This ensures that you will have the energy to sustain yourself throughout the day. It will also eliminate the need to binge and eat large amounts of food during the evening hours.

How Much to Eat

Moderation is the key. Plus, you must also have an awareness of portion sizes.  In short, if your goal is 150 pounds, then add a zero and your target calories is 1500 calories, so cut back the calories you will need to lose weight.

What to Eat

Focusing on whole grains, vegetables, fruits and lean meats is the key.  You have to limit fried foods, white carbohydrates, soda and deserts to special occasions, and in moderation.
