Meditation – Take time to focus your mind, body and spirit away from the stresses of your day and the demands of your daily life. Take 15 minutes to call calm your senses, give thanks and reflect on the changes you can make to achieve different results.
Rest
How Much You Sleep – Your body needs 7-8 hours of rest to rebuild and renew, especially following exercise sessions. Without proper rest, your body will never rebuild and truly benefit from exercise. On the contrary, it will only add stress to your body and increase your normal day to day workload.
Relaxation
Massage – Schedule time with a professional to relax your body, increase circulation and slow your breathing to lessen stress and ease sore muscles.
