Fitness: Move Your Body Right

You have to increase your output and finding activities to increase your physical activity levels.  You will understand the best training formats, how to stay motivated, and learn our signature easy-to-follow training plan to burn fat, tone muscles and tighten what needs a lift.

How Often to Exercise

You will need to plan for at least 5 – 6 times per week for 6 weeks to see an improvement in overall fitness, body tone & weight loss.

What Intensity & Rest Between Exercises

Your fitness activity should require you to reach between 60 – 80 % of your maximum heart rate.  A brief rest of 60 seconds between exercises will boost your heart rate while building cardiovascular strength.  The use of hand weights or body resistance will ensure you increase your lean muscle growth to burn fat and lose weight.

How Long to Exercise

At least 30 minutes per session to achieve optimal results.

What type of Exercise

Your program should consistent of cardio vascular activities such as running, walking and jogging to burn calories and strengthen your heart.  Plus, strength training exercises such as push-up and squats to maximize fat burning and long-term weight loss.
