Here’s How Easy It Works:
1) Perform Fitness Sessions – Perform Andrea’s total body strength exercises and cardio sessions at your location fitness center:
- Andrea Tip # 1 – Strength Training – commit to 3-basic strength exercises to tone your upper body, lower body and abdominals and boost your metabolism and target belly fat. See 30 day exercise program on the website.
- Andrea Tip # 2 – Alternate Cardio – to increase calorie burning and speed recovery after total body exercises, perform 30 to 45 minutes of cardio activity (walking, jogging, biking).
- Andrea # 3 – Eat Right Foods- add green tea, nuts, avocadoes and yogurt between healthy balanced meals.
2) 30-Day Meal Plan – In order to develop healthier habits, it is suggested that participants follow the daily meal plan and exercise schedule to boost metabolism and improve overall health. We included McDonald’s wholesome choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to support a healthier lifestyle for busy and on the go participants.
3) Journal/Blog – A daily comment on your exercise, eating and feelings about your activities will help make them part of your balanced lifestyle in the months and years to come.
